The building, constructed in 1897, is structured in two blocks connected by a recessed transverse wing. The volumetric layout, consisting of a base, terrace, and compact block with a central courtyard, follows the natural slope of the site between Corso Umberto I and Via Duca degli Abruzzi.
The exterior introduces innovative elements compared to the surrounding urban fabric: the main façade, organized into two entrances, appears linearly defined by pilasters, string courses, and cornices, and allows direct access to the residential level through a rusticated portal topped by a balcony on brackets.
The presence of the Bajocco family in San Valentino can be traced back to the first half of the nineteenth century: its most notable member, Agostino (1828-1920), was in fact born in San Valentino to Tommaso, originally from Montereale (AQ), and Angela Trojani, from Pesconsansonesco (Pe). A lawyer by profession, he held various administrative positions: in San Valentino and Manoppello he was a city councilor and mayor; in 1861 he was elected provincial councilor (province of Chieti) with the position of deputy secretary of the council. He belonged to the liberal left and was elected deputy in the Manoppello constituency in the XII (1874-1876), XIII (1876-1880), XIV (1880-1882), and XV (1882-1886) legislatures.
